Aim

Robotics, process automation and artificial intelligence are having a significant impact in the food industry offering important advances: improved efficiency and productivity, greater traceability and improvements in quality and food safety.

En este workshop, presentamos los conceptos esenciales d ela espectroscopia industrial, incluyendo el hard ayudará a comprender los Basic Fundamentals of Machine Learning and Deep Learning y conoceremos la NIR spectroscopy technology y su aplicación en la clasificación de alimentos en dos casos de estudio práctico.
